You grant RunPact a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your data to provide and improve the Services.

4. Features and Services

RunPact offers a range of features, including but not limited to AI-powered training plans, GPX analysis, and race time predictions. The features available to you depend on your subscription plan ("Free", "Pro", etc.). We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from any plan at any time. 5. Subscription and Payments

Certain features of the Services are subject to payments ("Paid Services"). By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees. All fees are handled by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" without any warranties. RunPact does not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis, predictions, or training plans. Always consult with a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness program. RunPact will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Services after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
